01. Operational Authority

By accessing the Telluz.io platform, you acknowledge that you are entering a high-performance environment. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize our intelligence tools for market expansion and operational growth through our brand flagship, SwiftXEO.

02. System Integrity

Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms or compromise our zero-trust infrastructure will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under Norwegian jurisdiction. Telluz IQ AS maintains total sovereignty over the platform architecture.

03. Liability Arbitrage

Telluz.io provides tools for automation and scalability. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for market fluctuations or indirect consequences resulting from user-deployed strategies within our ecosystem.

04. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Drammen, Norway.
